Git and Github

Upon request manage and keep truck of your source code also managing your code with Git.

What is the diference between Git and Github? What’s the difference? Simply put Git is a version control system that lets you manage and keep track of your source code history. Github is a cloud-base hosting service that lets you manage Git repositories. If you have open-resource projects that use Git then Github is designed to help you better manage them.

Git is an open-source, version control tool created in 2005 by developers working on the Linux operating system. Git Hub is a company founded in 2008 that makes tools which integrate with git. You do not need Git Hub to use git , but you cannot use Git Hub without using git.

GitHub deprecates account passwords for authenticating Git operations

GitHub has announced today(August 12, 2021) that account passwords will no longer be accepted for authenication Git operations starting tomorrow.

This change was first announced last year, in July when git operations would require using an SSH key or token-based authentication. Starting on August 13, 2021 at 9:00 PST we will no longer accept account passwords when authenticating Git operations on Github.com “the company said”. “Instead, token-based authentication/for example peron access OAuth SSH key or GitHub App Installation token) will be required for all authenticated Git operations.

  1. For developers, if you are a password to authenticate Git operations with GitHub.com today, you must begin using a personal access token over HTTPS (recommended) or SSH key by August 13, 2021 to avoid disruption, if you receive a warning that you are using an outdated third party integration, you should update your client to the latest version
    1. For integrators, you must authenticate integrations using the web or device authorization flows by August 13, 2021 to and avoid disruption. For more information see Authorizing OAuth Apps and the announcement on the developer blog. If you want to ensure that you’re no longer using password based authentication you can enable two-factor authentication, which requires OAuth or personal access tokens for all authenticated operations via Git and third-party integrations

Eastern Europe Travels

We all know that Covid-19 is a world epidemic!

As a travel agency I do inform a travel who is considering travel to Malta/Gozo this year about there Covid-19 situation by the way are islands a beautiful vacation environment.

Malta has been placed on the red list for travel information as of last Tursday by the European Centre for Disease Control (ECDC), due to the spike in Covid-19 cases over the past days.

A country is placed on the red list if the 14-day cumulative Covid-19 case notification rate ranges from 75 to 200 and the test positivity rate of tests for Covid-19 infection is 4% or more, or if the 14-day cumulative Covid-19 case notification rate is more than 200 but less than 500.

On Sunday 195 new Covid-19 cases were reported from 3,548 swab tests taken making a positivity rate of 5.5%. There were 5 recoveries. 18 people are being treated in hospital, with 1 in ITU.

FRONTEND DEVELOPER

I am writing about coder the job they do is speculator because if not a coder you don’t know. What we are called which is the appropriate title is: Computer Software Engineer which can include the job duties of Frontend Developer.

I like it, this idea of components. It allows you and your team to build the abstractions that make the most sense to you and what you are building.

“The source order is tricky here. We need to order things so that they make sense for a screen reader user. We should have a meeting about what the expected order of content should be, even if we’re visually moving things around a bit with CSS grid.”

I could go on and on. That’s how front-end developers think, at least in my experience and in talking with my peers
